The work was connected. The tools were not.
The business relied on separate document templates, calendars and manual processes. Preparing quotations took time, project information could become fragmented, and coordinating site visits between multiple owners created unnecessary back-and-forth. The platform also needed to work across office computers, smaller laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
